Large Double in Mapesbury

Hello, this room is available from 25th November. for a minimum of three months, I will be working overseas hence the availability at my home. There is chance I may have to return after the three months but likely will be away for a year. My home is full of of art, antiques and quirky finds.

The room is a large double, furnished with a super king size bed and big windows.

The flat is situated in the very desirable Mapesbury conservation area, which is a lovely leafy, residential area between Willesden Green and Kilburn station.

The flat is in a small block of 8 flats, with lovely neighbours and a communal garden with parking available.

You will be sharing with a 35 year old female Mexican head chef who is out at work most days and nights besides Sunday and Monday.

The flat is a quiet flat, with a large shared sitting room, dining room, bathroom and kitchen.

The monthly total includes all bills and internet and is £1100 a month all in. There is also a monthly cleaning fee paid to the cleaner of £45 a month.
