2-bed ground floor flat with a private garden and shared living room. I have been living there for 2 years and want to stay for another but my previous housemate moved closer to work.
The room available is a double room. The room comes partly furnished with a bed and wardrobe.
The flat is a 2-minute walk to Willesden Green High Street and a 10-minute walk to Willesden Green Station (Jubilee Line). On-street parking is available. Parking permit Mon - Fri required. I drive for work but pay per day (£5) if I leave my car at home.
I'm a 30-year-old working professional who works in the Film & TV industry. Enjoy hanging out with friends, and going to bars and restaurants. Exploring London! Also enjoy staying in and watching a film or whatever is new on Netflix
I have a little, well-behaved tabby cat called Twiggy. Extremely friendly and cuddly girl!
I'm ideally looking for someone to join for a year.
Rent is £850 per month not including bills. £850 deposit to the Estate Agents.
Bills come to approx: £220 each per month (Council Tax, Water, Internet, Gas & Electric). It can only depend on the Gas & Electric prices but having a smart meter fitted end of October.
