En-suite modern room in zone 2

One of our housemates is moving out, so we’re looking for a girl to join our home!

This large double room has its own staircase to the top floor and an ensuite bathroom. The room comes furnished with a double bed, two built-in clothes rails (on the wall), two side tables, lamps, and a fabric bench.

The 3-story house is spacious and located in Willesden Green, only a 10-minute walk from the Jubilee line, with plenty of great bus connections to Notting Hill and central London!

A few features of the house include:
* A large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space with a flatscreen TV, induction hob, and dishwasher
* A garden with outdoor seating and a BBQ
* An office space that we mostly use for coats, shoes, and storage, plus another cupboard in the hall for more storage
* A downstairs toilet

It's important to us that the house feels like a home, so we're looking for a flatmate we can socialise with and become friends.

I’m always up for a Netflix binge or a glass (or bottle) of wine. We’ve used our spacious living area to host Halloween and birthday parties, and we love having dinner parties!

You’ll be living with two girls: I’m 27 and originally from Ireland, but I’ve lived in London most of my life. I work full-time in marketing for a media agency and usually go into the office once a week, so I mostly work from home. Sonya is 26 and Ukrainian. She’s a graphic designer and goes to the office most days.

I’m outgoing and love to socialise, but I also enjoy relaxing in the evenings and understand the need for personal space. I like cooking, and some of my interests include Marvel, makeup, and self-care. Sonya can be introverted; she likes to enjoy Netflix and often spends time drawing. She speaks four languages and loves to bake.

We’re both clean and tidy and expect the same from our other housemate – this is very important to us!
