Large double room in North West London

Looking for a roommate to join two young professionals who are renewing their contract in a 3 bedroom house in Willesden Green.

Contract start date is 1/12/24 and runs for 12 months with a 6 month break clause.

Rent: Currently £900 (excluding bills)
Bills: Around £100 per month
Location:
- 3 minute walk from Willesden Green station (Jubilee Line, night tube)
- 9 minute walk from Kilburn
- 14 minute walk from Brondesbury overground
- 15 minutes to central London (Baker Street, Bond Street)

The room is large with a double bed and a lot of storage, and the house has a garden. The house is social but the neighbourhood itself is residential and family oriented and we are mindful of neighbours. It is very well connected, as it is close to the tube, overground and thameslink (West Hampstead), as well as being part of the night tube and several bus links.

We are preferably looking for a female in her 20's to join us (1 male and 1 female), who is social but quiet and clean. We both work hybrid so will be home during the week.
