Large furnished double room in Willesden Green

We’re a friendly and welcoming group of flatmates looking for someone open-minded and considerate to join our lovely household.

The available room is on the first floor of our spacious six-bedroom Victorian house. It’s bright and sunny, thanks to its bay windows, and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, sofa, and TV. The house also features a cosy living room, a large kitchen, a huge garden, and two bathrooms (a larger shower/toilet upstairs and a smaller one downstairs).

There are six of us already living here, along with a friendly and lively 4-year-old. Our group is international and made up of people in their late 20s to 40s. We value creating a peaceful, respectful, and warm environment. While we all respect each other’s privacy, we enjoy occasional chats, shared dinners, and even summer barbecues in the garden. To keep things tidy, we have a cleaner who comes every two weeks, with everyone contributing a small amount towards their services and shared cleaning supplies.

We’d prefer to find a female flatmate to help balance the dynamic of the house.

The house is located on a quiet street in Willesden Green. It’s a 15-minute walk or short bus ride to Willesden Green Station (Jubilee Line) and about 10 minutes by bus to Kensal Rise Overground. Nearby, you’ll find a large Sainsbury’s (10 minutes away) and a smaller one just 7 minutes away. For recreation, there’s a sports centre within walking distance, several nearby parks for relaxing or strolling, and a local library just a short walk away.

The move-in date is 15th December, and rent is £770 per month, with all bills included. The deposit is one month’s rent.
