We are looking for a flatmate in a friendly 3 bedroom flat with 2 professional females.
A fully furnished double room is available from February 2025. The rent per month is £700 + £150 (circa) of bills (electricity, gas, Wi-fi, TV licence, water and council tax), + £600 deposit that is given back at the end of the tenancy.

5 minutes walking from Willesden Green Tube Station- Zone 2 on the Jubilee line and 20 minutes to Bond Street. Minutes away from off-licences, a big Sainsbury's, bus stops etc.
On a quiet residential street, 5 minutes away from Gladstone Park.

The flat is spacious, bright and homely. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen with a washing machine.

We've been living here for the past 8 years, the flat is super clean with lovely flatmates who feel at home after years of living together and we expect/hope to find the flatmate who is clean, quiet, respectful and happy to have her own personal space or watch an episode together!

For your joy, there is shoe storage and shared attic storage for your luggage etc.
