Room in beautiful, spacious, quiet 3-bed house.

We are looking for a third housemate to join us in our lovely 3-bed house. We have a large kitchen and two bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs). The room available is a good size for one person, with a double bed and large wardrobe already in the room, and space for a desk if needed!

Current tenants are myself (Bethany, she/her) and my cousin Quill (they/them). I am a full time PhD researcher at UCL and also work part time at a gym called 1Rebel, and I have an active social life so I am out of the house a lot. Quill is a full time content creator for a social media agency and works from home two days a week. We both enjoy our own space, and both exist quietly in the house. I am happy to chill separately or spend some time together - I get free 1Rebel gym classes!

The road we live on is mainly a family street so is very safe and quiet. Willesden Green underground station (Jubilee) is a 5-7 min walk. There is a sainsburys local, an organic food shop and cafes right by the station, and a large sainsburys a 10-15 min walk from the house for groceries.

Bills total per person per month = £97.30 (this includes wifi, gas, electricity and water bills). This may change in the last couple of months of tenancy but will not be vastly different. Council tax = ~£130 each.

We have the entire top floor floor of the property and there is no access to our property for anyone except us. We have a side entrance (as shown on one of the pictures) which leads to our downstairs hallway and bathroom, then upstairs features the three rooms, the large bathroom and the large kitchen.
