Double bedroom with own bathroom / shower

Hey all,

I'm on the lookout for a tenant to rent the spare bedroom in my very spacious flat due to my current lovely tenant moving out. Looking for someone to move in later this month. The room is available from April 20th.

The flat is located in Cricklewood / Willesden Green, North West London with good transport links (Jubilee Line, Cricklewood Thameslink and numerous buses).
Willesden Green, Kilburn and West Hampstead offer an array of cool restaurants and pubs, and there's a great park 10 mins walk from the flat.

You'll be sharing with only me (and two lovely, very chilled cats!), in an abnormally large London flat (It's also split level, so you will have your own level and a separate bathroom / shower).
Rent is £1000 pcm, including bills, single occupancy only.

About me, I'm a musician, Musical Director / producer / arranger, but am actually very quiet (with the exception of the odd rehearsal 😉), I'm very clean and tidy, so looking for someone who shares those values, is chill and likes a bit of silly humour.
