Large double bed & bath in gorgeous 2bed!

Hello everyone, I am Charlotte, a languages teacher from France, in my late twenties. I speak English, French, Spanish (and know a tiny bit of Mandarin and Korean!!). I am looking for a flatmate to replace my current lovely one, whose time in London has come to an end. We live in a gorgeous flat in Willesden Green, 8mins away from the station, 5mins away from a park. There are many shops and nice restaurants in the area, at a walking distance. Central London is easily accessible via the Jubilee. The landlord is very nice and responsive - and truly cares about the comfort of the flat.

I am very much of a grandma and the opposite of a party animal - I, however, love to go out for walks, cafes and restaurants, shopping, museums on the weekends. I also am very lucky to travel often as I love to explore new countries and make new friends from the whole world. I value calm and cleanliness in the flat. I therefore would love a new flatmate with the same mindset and of similar age.

In our two-bed flat, the larger bedroom and larger bathroom are then becoming available - we share the living room and kitchen but both have our own bedroom and own bathroom - for £1160 per month. The room will be available from August 1st. Utilities are £275 a month, to be divided by two - they include water, gas, electricity and wifi. The council tax is band D, which equates to £2133.15 per year (£89 per month per person).
