Hi all! We’re 2 girls looking for a friendly, easygoing fem-presenting housemate to join our little NW10 (Zone 3) household 🏡

About the room: The room is a huge, sunlit, top-floor double bedroom with custom built-in wardrobes and it comes fully furnished with gorgeous antique hardwood pieces including a double four-poster bed (if you want it)! You can definitely fit a desk in here if you need one 💻
The Jubilee line is just 5 mins walk away (17mins to Bond St and 33mins to Canary Wharf), and our ground-floor neighbours are a family of two 90-something South Asian pensioners and their daughter who loves to cook curry for everyone. 🥘
We share a bathroom with tub, shower, and bidet, but you’d only share the kitchen with one of us (and it has a built-in washing machine, a full size fridge with freezer and little dining area)! 🖤

About us: I’m 26, a WFH professional who’s obsessed with alternative music, gigs, festivals, and travelling. My flatmate is 24, from Japan, and works in hospitality while she saves to explore Europe. We work different schedules so we never have issues getting ready in the morning and we like our relaxation time ☺️🧘🏽‍♀️

About the T&C’s: Rent is £1100pcm ALL BILLS INCLUDED, and if you can move in ASAP, the first two months are discounted! No deposit needed, and the room’s available from early August. 🫶🏽
