A bit about me:

Hi! I’m Amber, 29, half Spanish / half English, working as a Solutions Architect in the Media & Tech industry. I mostly work from home but occasionally travel across Europe or head into London and Reading for work.

Outside of work, I’m super into aerial hoop and circus training (you’ll often find me upside down on a hoop somewhere in Old Street!). I also love gardening, cooking, chilled Friday nights with Netflix, and making the most of summer festivals with friends.

You will be sharing with me and my two cats – Kokoro (1 year old) and Perry (4 months). They’re playful, affectionate, and a big part of the home. They will eventually both be outdoor cats.

The Flat:

Location: Willesden Green (Zone 2/3, great connections)

Bedroom: Small double room (fits a double bed, wardrobe)

Furniture: The Flat is furnished, the bedroom comes with a double bed and two small wardrobes but if you have your own furniture, I can arrange for it to be unfinished.

Shared spaces: Living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a separate WC

Rent: £1100 per month – all bills included (council tax, wifi, electricity, gas, Netflix and a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks)

I moved in just over a month ago so I’m still finishing up the final tweaks!

About You

I’m looking for someone who wants to make this a home, not just a place to sleep. Ideally you’re clean, respectful, sociable but happy doing your own thing too. You’ll need to be earning at least £30,000 for referencing.
