Plus all Bills: £120-140 for month.

The flat is a gem in zone 2 with infinity Service and transport by walks:
6 or 12 min 2 Jubilee stations.
4-5min bus stop.
Connect to Stratford/Stanmore.
Oxford str./Notting hill/Victoria station/ Shepherds bush/ Westfield shop center /Goldens green/ NA bus/ Paddington/Willesden junction/Wembley park.
(Mostly these have night services)

4-6min to many off licence, various shops, .
Postoffice and various private collect parcel.
10min a huge Sainsbury’s
20min (or 10min bus) Huge Lidl
20 min to IKEA Wembley
8-15min to Gyms and spa.
Also We are nearby Queen s park, Kilburn and West Hampstead.

You will share the flat ONLY with me.

I’m a professional woman.
I’m chill and friendly and I love cook and baking. I’m active person and I love my personal space tide and clean.
You can be and do whatever you want here because this is your home but we have some rules:
No smoking inside
No food and dirt left around
Follow your cleaning turn.
