The room is in a 2beds room flat in the ground floor.
We share A modern bathroom (bath/shower really nice) and the living room+ kitchen (if you are interested is fully furnished because I live here for a while).
The flat is modern and elegant and the Landlord is really nice.
Warm all the time in the cold season and fresh in the summer. We have a small cute garden useful for the good season.

The flat is a gem in zone 2 with infinity Service and transport. In term by walks:
6min Jubilee station.
4-5min bus stop to Oxford str./Notting hill/Victoria station/ Shepherds bush/ Westfield shop center /Goldens green/ NA bus/ Paddington/Willesden junction/Wembley park. Mostly these have night services.

4-6min to many off licence, various shops, .
Postoffice and various private collect parcel.
10min a huge Sainsbury’s
20min (or 10min bus bus) Huge Lidl
9min to IKEA Wembley
8-15 Gyms and spa.
Also We are nearby Queen s park, Kilburn and West Hampstead.

You will share the flat ONLY with me.
I’m a professional woman.
I’m chill and friendly and I love cook and baking. I’m active person and I love my personal space and my home tide and clean.
You can be and do whatever you want here because this is your home but we have some rules:
No smoking inside
No food and dirt left around
Follow your cleaning turn
