Ready for move in from 7th of November to mid-November.

Hi! I’m relocating, so we’re looking for someone to take over my room in our Victorian house on a quiet residential street. The house has a lovely garden, lots of cats (ours and a few from next door who like to visit 🐾), and a calm, easygoing atmosphere.

🛏️ The Room:

Double-bed sized (comes with a single bed but fits a double easily)

Built-in wardrobe + bedside table included

Kitchenette with cupboards and a small freezer

Window overlooking the garden

Ground floor, next to one of the bathrooms (the newer one) — feels quite private

Extra storage available in shared areas

(The desk, cabinet, full-length mirror, and rugs in the photos aren’t included.)

🏡 The House:

Victorian house with a shared garden

Shared kitchen and living room

Two bathrooms (not ensuite)

All bills included

5 housemates total (4 men, 1 woman — Polish, Italian, British, and French)

Everyone’s pretty independent and keeps different schedules, but sometimes hang out for TV nights or BBQs in the garden

Everyone cleans up after themselves, but there’s no rota — it’s a relaxed, lived-in kind of place rather than a super tidy one

Generally a quiet, respectful, and easygoing household

Quiet street but close to the high street with corner shops, cafes, and takeaways

15 min walk to Willesden Green station (jubilee line)

10 min bus drive to Kensal Rise station (mildmay line)

24/7 buses nearby to central, west and north london

One direct 25min bus to IKEA

🌳Nice park about 10 minutes away - great for walks or relaxing outdoors

Health centre with swimming pool also around 10 minutes walk

Big Sainsbury’s about 15 minutes away
