Available from 1st of February 2026! One small bedroom with:
Double cozy bed, 1 bedside, 1 wardrobe inside, one big outside and plus another one to share with your flatmate.
The room is in a 2 beds room flat in the ground floor.
We share a modern bathroom (bath/shower really nice) and the living room+ kitchen (if you are interested is fully furnished, microwave, washing machine, kitchen tools, plates, pans).
The flat is modern and elegant and the Landlord is really nice and very helpful and quick to answer when you need something.
Warm all the time in the cold season and fresh in the summer. We have a small cute garden useful for the good season.

Currently the rent is £875 plus bills. Bills are around £150-£175 depending on the season. So around £1025-£1050 a month with the bills and rent.

The flat is a gem in zone 2 with infinity Service and transport. By walking:
6 minutes to Jubilee station Dollis Hill (zone 3) or 12 minutes walk to Willesden Green station (zone 2)
3 min walk to bus stop that takes you to Oxford str./Notting hill/Victoria station/ Shepherds bush/ Westfield shop center /Goldens green/ Paddington/Willesden junction/Wembley park. Mostly these have night services.

4-6min to many off licence, various shops, .
Postoffice and various private collect parcel.
10min a huge Sainsbury’s
20min walk (or 10min bus bus) Huge Lidl
20 min jubilee line to IKEA Wembley
8-15 Gyms and spa.
Also We are nearby Queen s park, Kilburn and West Hampstead.

You will share the flat only with my current flatmate.
Shes professional woman, friendly and loves cooking and baking.
You can be and do whatever you want here because this is your home but we have some rules:
No smoking inside
No food and dirt left around
Follow your cleaning turn
