Spacious double room available in modern flat

My partner and I (aged 25 and 26) live in this lovely two bed flat. We have a spare double room we would like to rent out. The room is clean and in good condition, with a nice carpet and a very spacious wardrobe.

The flat is a 10-12 minute walk to Wilseden Green Tube Station which has the Jubilee line. Outside the flat is a bustop. We are a 2 minute walk away from the main highstreet which has all the shops and amenities you would need, including a large Sainsbury's 5 minutes away.

The flat is modern and in good condition with no mould etc. My partner and I have an en suit bathroom with a shower so you will largely have the communal bathroom to yourself, which is large and in good condition.

We have a spacious balcony and a parking space available in a shared apartment complex car park, which you are welcome to use, if you drive.

We both work full time and neither of us work from home. We are young professionals, friendly and easygoing. We are happy to watch a movie, chat, hangout etc together but we are also very happy for you to do your own thing!

We do keep the flat clean and tidy and would appreciate a similarly tidy housemate! In person viewings are preferred so we can get to know you and make sure its a good fit.
