Huge double room, conservatory and private garden

Hello, I have a large Double room with conservatory and private garden access to rent in a central located house, it is based in Willesden Green/Kensal Rise, zone 2. The room is available from the 28th of January. All amenities are within 5-10 minutes (including a large Sainsbury's within less than 5 minutes away as well as large sport centre, pharmacy, post office, etc. Transport wise is well connected to central London (20 minutes) with buses links within 2-3 minutes, jubilee line and overground.
The room is in a shared house with two other cleaned and respectful female that works professionally, the whole house is keeping tidy and neat rigorously and we expect you to contribute in a weekly chores as well. Be mindful the house has one bathroom to share among three people and we cannot have a stable partner visiting you all the time, hence no couple are allowed.

Council tax is included in the room rent, the rest of bills are paid separately and shared among three flatmates.
