Bright modern room in Willesden Green

Hi! I’ll be away for a few months and I’m looking for someone to stay in my room and look after it while I’m gone.

The flat is in Willesden Green, about 7 minutes’ walk to the Underground, and around 20 minutes to Portobello Market. The room is furnished, gets lots of natural light, and has great storage with plenty of privacy.

£815 month plus £145 for bills and council tax

Available: 10th December – May (with small change you may stay indefinitely too)

About your flatmate:

You’ll be sharing with my flatmate in the other room — she’s lovely, chatty, and very clean, and works 1/2 days from home.

Who we’re looking for

Female preferred, but not a requirement, most importantly is to be:
Very tidy/clean
Respectful, easy going and gets on well with my flatmate
