Large double bedroom + ensuite (short-term)

Hi,

Looking for someone to replace me in this house share from the beginning of February - the room is a large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (see pics) up until the end of the tenancy contract which is mid-July 26, I am moving out simply because I have found another place closer to my work.

The other two flatmates are two guys who are working professionals in the range of 25-35 and bills are approximately £100-£150 for each person each month.

This is a great room with lots of space, and there is a shared living room and very modern kitchen.
