I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a flat in Willesden Green. The flat is in a fantastic location, right on the high street and only a five-minute walk from Willesden Green Jubilee Line station. Despite being on the high street, the flat itself is very quiet.
A Sainsbury’s is located directly behind the building, making it extremely convenient for daily shopping. The rent is £617 per month, plus bills, which typically come to no more than £100–£115.
The flat is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom property, shared with two girls who work in the events industry. They often travel, so we’re looking for a flatmate who understands this lifestyle and can be trusted while others are away.
The available room is a good-sized double, gets plenty of natural sunlight, and is a comfortable space to live in.
