Overview
I am looking for a lodger for my very large, bright and spacious spare room. The room is in a 2 bedroom, top floor flat in Willesden Green, with its on large bathroom and shared kitchen, available Monday to Friday.

The Room
A very large, spacious and bright room with a king size bed, built in shelving, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table and chair. You will have sole use of a large bathroom and use of a shared kitchen. This is a “Room Let” only, and so no use of the living room, and it is single occupancy only, no pets and no smoking.

Location
The flat is located on Dartmouth Road, a 5 minute walk to Willesden Green tube station (Jubilee Line, zone 2) in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood with local amenities (a high street with cafes, supermarket, local shops, park, gym etc).

A 20 minute journey into central London, and Finchley Road, West Hampstead and Queen’s Park are close by bus, tube or walk.

There are good transport links a short walk away:
- Willesden Green tube station.
- Brondesbury and Brondesbury Park overground stations.
- Cricklewood and West Hampstead Thameslink stations.
- Buses run from Willesden Green, Kilburn High Road, and West Hampstead.

Live in landlord
I am a male professional in my mid 30s who works as a civil servant, working in the office most days, but I occasionally work from home.

Rent, Bills and Deposit
The rent and deposit are negotiable, depending on the number of nights per week. Rent will be between £500 - £900 pcm, including bills (council tax, heating, water, electricity, broadband), and the deposit will start from £575.
