We have a single-occupancy room available in a large, welcoming house, ideal for someone looking for a long-term home. The house is arranged over two floors and offers generous shared spaces, including a comfortable living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and three toilets, making day-to-day living easy and comfortable.

The available room is located on the ground floor. All other bedrooms are upstairs, which means the bathroom with shower on the ground floor is almost private, as it is rarely used by the rest of the household.

One of the highlights of the house is the private garden, perfect for relaxing, enjoying fresh air, or socialising during warmer months.

We are a mixed household of working professionals and are looking for a new flatmate to join us on a long-term basis. Some of us have lived here for quite a while, and the house has a friendly, respectful, and relaxed atmosphere. The landlord is lovely and very easy to deal with.

We also have a cockapoo who is calm, friendly, and not disruptive.
