En-Suite Room for Rent in Willesden Green

Hello! We’re renting out our large double en-suite bedroom in our cosy flat from 2nd–30th March. During this time, we’ll be travelling so you’ll have sole use of the entire flat (our bedroom will be locked, but unoccupied).

We’re happy to be flexible on the move-out date. The move-in date is fixed, though we may be able to consider exceptional circumstances.

About the room:
The bedroom is spacious, fully furnished, and includes a private en-suite bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. There’s also a built-in wardrobe providing plenty of storage. There is a desk (and stable WiFi) to be able to work from home, as well as plenty of space in the living area for working too.

About the flat
The flat features a cosy living and dining area with large windows, plenty of natural light, and access to a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and adjoins the living space. There is a washer/dryer and a dishwasher in the kitchen. The flat is located in a secure building with lift access to our floor.

About the area
The flat is a 5 minute walk from Willesden Green station, and close to several bus stops providing easy transport links. We are a 2 minute walk from a large Sainburys and there are lots of other shops and cafes nearby.

Rent
£1,280 per month (pro-rata depending on dates), all bills included.
