Jubilee Line, Zone 2, Lovely Double

Newly refurbished double bedroom in a lovely flat in Willesden Green - 12 minutes to Bond Street on the Jubilee Line from the top of the road, 18 to Westminster, 20 to Waterloo, 30 to Canary Wharf etc.

This is a Monday to Friday let, 2-4 nights a week at £50pn including your own shower room/bathroom. There is a family kitchen for making/eating breakfast/dinner. I have my desk at the far end and work there from 10-6.

Willesden Green is residential and leafy. There are lots of middle-market restaurants and cafes, mini-supermarkets, and a pub where one of The Chasers runs the Wednesday night quiz. The let is best suited to someone who values having a friendly person around where required, but really wants the privacy of a good sized room in which they can work and sleep after being out all day. The wi-fi is fast and reliable.

Me: I'm a writer who works mainly from home. I'm usually out one or two nights in the week at the theatre or seeing friends. Friendly and helpful, I'm easy to get along with when our paths cross:).

Red flag: I have rehomed a Bengal cat. He spends most of his time outdoors, and is sleeping when he's in (catbed in my room, or on sofa). Technically hypo-allergenic, no visitor across two years has yet had a reaction to him, but if you are very sensitive, this ad is best ignored.
