Roomy double bedroom available in Willesden

I'm looking for someone to take over my room on Feb 28th, as I'm moving in with my partner.

Room is £766/pm including all bills aside from water (taken every 6 months). Contract would be for a year, to be refreshed in April, but it's possible to leave at any point by finding a replacement tenant. Council Tax is included in rental costs, but it is Band E for clarity.

This property is a 7 bed house of young professionals roughly 6 minutes walk form Willesden Green tune station, so perfect line to get central quickly. The other flatmates are 2 guys and 4 girls with a variety of jobs. All very friendly and helpful around the house, but not necessarily in all the time, so never any queues for the kitchen or bathroom.

Room comes with a desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bookshelf. There are a few storage cupboards in the hallways which can be used for larger items.

There are 2 bathrooms in the flat with a shower/bath in both. The kitchen contains 3 fridges, 2 sets of hobs, decent sized oven, dishwasher and washing machine. There's a small lounge which is mostly used for laundry, but a large garden, which is great for summer meals outside.
