Single bedroom available in Willesden

I'm looking for someone to take over my room on March 1st, as I'm moving in with my partner.

Room is £766/pm including all bills aside from water (taken every 6 months and variable dependant on usage, but reasonable). Contract would be for a year, updating in April, but can leave at any point with a replacement tenant. Council Tax is included in rental costs, but it is Band E for clarity.

This property is a 7 bed house of young professionals roughly 6 minutes walk form Willesden Green tune station, so perfect line to get central quickly. The other flatmates are 2 guys and 4 girls with a variety of jobs. All very friendly and helpful around the house, but not necessarily in all the time, so never any queues for the kitchen or bathroom.

Looking for someone who is a similar age, and is clean and sociable!

Room comes with a desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bookshelf. There are a few storage cupboards in the hallways which can be used for larger items.

There are 2 bathrooms in the flat with a shower/bath in both. The kitchen contains 3 fridges, 2 sets of hobs, decent sized oven, dishwasher and washing machine. There's a small lounge which is mostly used for laundry, but a large garden, which is great for summer meals outside.
