Double room available from (most likely) start of April in two bedroom flat in Willesden Green, NW London (less than 5 minute walk to jubilee line)

I am looking for a female working professional to replace me on my tenancy agreement which runs until 31st July, living with one flatmate. There may be a possibility to stay in the flat longer if you want.

💰 Rent is £1,050 per month and bills come to <£100 a month per month. Deposit will be £1,211. Reference checks will be undertaken by Foxtons.

📅 Move in date is TBC and depends on how long the process takes with replacing me on the tenancy and reference checks etc, but realistically will be end of March/the start of April.

📍 The flat is on a quiet residential street, with a big Sainburys a 10 min walk away and Gladstone Park is also close by. The tube (jubilee) is less than a 5 min walk away. Also multiple bus routes including a direct bus to Victoria. West Hampstead is also close by.

🏠 The flat is a recently renovated two bedroom flat on the first floor of a detached house. There is a joint living room/kitchen and one bathroom, and two bedrooms.

🛌 Your bedroom comes with a double bed, big wardrobe, and I’d be happy to leave my desk, chair, bedside table and shelving unit too.

👭You’d be living with Bella, 24, working as a Civil Servant. She goes to the office 2-3 days a week and has her own thing going on in London. So ideally looking for another girl of similar age, friendly and easygoing and down to watch some TV in the evening but also with their own thing going on in London :)
