Hello, we have one spacious double room available in all girls house, and its an amazing place for the price ~ 15 mins walk from both Willesden Green underground and Kensal Rise overground station.

The room advertised is
1) A spacious double room over looking the quiet residential street, with big windows and gets some amazing light. The room comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe with some extra storage space underneath the bed.

You will be sharing the open living, kitchen space and a big washroom with shower and toilet with one other girl, as one of the other rooms is an ensuite. We have an attic upstairs for storage and a back garden that requires some TLC when the weather gets nice for barbecues.

We are looking for someone who is super clean, treats the house as their own home. You'll be living with me, Riya, and Mena, both working professionals with a hybrid work pattern andI’ve lived in this house for over 3 years and consider it a very special place!

Bills come up to £130 - £150 per month depending on the season, message me if you’d like to see a split of our bills. Deposit of £660 and references required by the agency and minimum tenancy as per contract is 1 year.
