I'm moving out of this huge room in a top floor flat which is 3 minutes walk from Willesden Green station and I'm looking for someone to take my place. As you can see from the photos, the room is effectively a living room, bedroom, and office all in one (so it's as close to living on your own as you'll get without spending a lot more money). It's roughly 4m x 4m plus the large bay where the window is (an additional 1.6m x 1.2m). It's south facing too, so it's bright and warm and there's a lovely view.
It comes with a double bed with four drawers and additional storage in the headboard, a two seater sofa, a desk and drawers, a double wardrobe and cupboard, a large chest of drawers, and a number of shelves.
The two guys who are staying are Ben (a 34 year old scenic artist) and Alex (a 23 year old student) and they're both easy going, sociable, tidy, and reliable. Also, our landlady is great, so if ever anything needs fixing or replacing she sorts it ASAP.
The bills (gas, electricity, water, fibre broadband, TV, and band D council tax) come to just under £140 per person per month. On street parking is available with a permit and there are loads of local amenities (large Sainsbury's, plenty of decent restaurants, GP surgery on the corner of the street, etc.).
The room will be available from Sunday 3rd May (bank holiday weekend) so please get in touch to arrange a viewing.
