Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me in a cosy, calm 2-bed home in Willesden Green / Dollis Hill, available from 1st May.

About the room and the flat:

• Rent is £885 pcm
• Deposit: £1,125
• Furnished room
• Fully equipped house
• Large, bright living room
• Big garden 🌿 (perfect in summer!)

Bills include Council Tax (band C), Wifi, Electricity and Gas, Water and a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks.

The room itself is cosy, with:

• a double bed
• wardrobe space
• additional storage via a set of drawers under the stairs just outside the room

It’s a really lovely, homely space - clean, comfortable, and well looked after.

A bit about me:

You’d be sharing the flat with me and my two cats, Perry and Kokoro.

I work as a Solutions Architect in media tech, mostly from home but with some travel.

In my spare time, I’m usually unwinding at home with a good Netflix show, cooking up yummy food, seeing friends or my boyfriend, at the gym or training Aerial Hoop (I sometimes practise in the garden in summer — happy to teach you!).

You’ll be living with Perry & Kokoro
• Kokoro – a bit more independent but very cuddly on his terms
• Perry – extremely affectionate, no sense of personal space, will 100% sit on you

You’ll need to:

• be happy to live with cats
• occasionally help with looking after the cats if I’m away (but I also have family who can help too if you’re not up for it or not around)

The flat is calm, cosy and relaxed.

I’d love to live with someone who’s:
• happy to hang out occasionally (dinners, chats, etc.)
• but also has their own life

Sometimes I travel for work, so you’ll have the flat to yourself at times.

• Cleaner comes every 2 weeks
• Looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces
• Clean-as-you-go approach (wiping surfaces, not leaving things out, etc.)

Practical Bits:

• No couples
• No additional pets
• Smoking is fine, just not inside the house
• WFH is absolutely fine (living room setup available)
