Double Room in shared flat, Willesden Green 18/05

Looking for someone to take over my lease on a lovely double room opening up in girls' flat in Willesden Green from 18/May onwards, for £870/month (bills not included). The lease runs until the 9th of October, with the possibility of lengthening.

Moving out due to a job opportunity in another country, so I'm looking for someone to take over my double room in this lovely ground-floor apartment, 10 min walk from Willesden Green tube station.

The apartment is shared with two other people, and includes shared rooms such as a spacious kitchen and living room, as well as a bathroom. The apartment has a lovely garden as well, with lots of sunshine. The room is equipped with a bed and good-sized wardrobes.

There is a washing machine in the property and the landlord is really helpful and easy to get in touch with. He does have final approval of who moves in (due to proof of income/guarantor/...).
