🏡 About the Home

We are three friendly ladies in our 30s and early 40s. We enjoy a peaceful and homely atmosphere. Sometimes we spend time together watching films or sharing food, but we also fully respect each other’s privacy and space.

Our house feels cosy, safe, and welcoming — and we’d like to keep it that way.

Your room:
will be in ground floor, next to a toilet with cupboard where you can store your toiletries and kitchen with living room.
The furniture belongs to the current flatmate and it she is taking it. You will have a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers, but different to the ones shown in pictures.

👤 Who We’re Looking For

We’d love to find a reasonable, considerate, and tidy person who values a peaceful home environment.

Someone who:
• Is mindful of noise (thin walls, so no slamming doors or being loud late at night / early morning)
• Cleans up after themselves in shared areas
• Helps keep common spaces tidy when needed
• Is respectful and easy to live with

📅 Availability
• Move-in date: 1st May
• Looking for long-term/permanent stay, but open to shorter stays for the right person if they can move in quickly.
