Flat shared with 3 other female working professionals (teacher, insurance and property) and is 15 min walk away from Willesden green and Kensal rise station. There is a large Sainsbury’s 10 min walk away.
We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy and considerate as we all have early morning starts and is happy chipping in with household items.
We are all friendly, make good use of the living room and happy to chat but also have our own social lives and routine!
Shared living room with TV, 1 main bathroom, 1 toilet, 1 other separate shower, kitchen with dining table and a communal garden.
Room is furnished with bedside table, shelf, chest of drawers, open wardrobe and under bed storage and is available from 1st July. It is backwards facing so receives most sunlight towards the end of the day.
Rent is £615 per month and bills come to £119 on top.
