Beautifully Refurbished Home | Quiet Location | Walk to Willesden Green & Gladstone Park

I’m looking for a lovely female professional to join me in my newly refurbished home in a quiet residential road, close to Willesden Green station and Gladstone Park.

The property has recently been refurbished throughout, so everything is fresh and new, including the electrics, plumbing, kitchen and bathroom. I’ve also bought new furniture, a new bed and a new mattress, and I’m planning to add a new wardrobe to the bedroom.

The bedroom itself is a quiet, good-sized room at the front of the property, next to the bathroom. The house has double glazing and is on a peaceful road, while still being really convenient for transport, local shops, cafés and the park.

Gladstone Park is just at the end of the road, which is great for walks, getting some fresh air or simply having somewhere nearby to escape to. Willesden Green station is also only a short walk away, making it easy to get into central London.

A little about the house share

I work in Marketing, ex-Meta and ex-Samsung. I’m very easy-going and independent. I’m actually hardly ever at home, but when I am, I’m generally quite relaxed and tend to keep to myself. I’m sociable when the occasion calls for it, though, and I’d really like the house to feel friendly and comfortable rather than like two strangers simply renting rooms. I also travel a lot and am looking to be away for a few weeks in November. Potentially may rent the third bedroom but want to see how it goes renting to one person first,

Ideally, I’d love to find someone who is friendly, trustworthy, considerate and clean, and who enjoys a fairly calm home. Someone happy to have a chat over a tea or occasionally do something together, but also appreciates having their own space.

I’m not looking to create a party house, so this would suit someone who enjoys a more relaxed lifestyle and treats their home as a place to unwind.
