We’re looking for a friendly, sociable flatmate to join us in our flat in Willesden Green, as our current flatmate is sadly moving on.

The flat:

* One clean, recently-refurbished bathroom
* well-equipped kitchen with appliances
* Comfortable shared living space
* Victorian conversion with plenty of character
* Quiet, friendly residential street
* Excellent transport links from Willesden Green (Jubilee line)
* Bills are roughly £150 a month, covering water, gas, electricity and Wi-Fi

The room:

The available room is a good-sized double with plenty of natural light and plenty of storage space. It comes furnished with a bed and mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The location:

We’re in a really pleasant part of Willesden Green, around a 3-minute walk from the station.

The Jubilee line gets you into Baker Street in around 15 minutes and London Bridge in around 25, while there are also plenty of bus routes nearby. You’ve got everything you need locally too - supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, pubs, gyms and green spaces are all within easy walking distance.

A bit about us:

We’re Ramzi (26) and Rishi (24), both young professionals working in London as consultants. We’re friendly, clean and respectful and have lived together for a while now, so we’re looking for someone who is similarly easy-going and considerate.

Outside of work, we’re both fairly sociable and enjoy going to the pub, eating out, watching films, keeping active, playing golf and generally making the most of London. We’re definitely up for the occasional house dinner, pub trip or watching something together, but equally appreciate everyone doing their own thing!

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, sociable and tidy, and ideally someone who wants a home where you can get along with your flatmates rather than just being three people sharing a kitchen.
