Cozy Room Available On Top Floor!

We have a cozy double room available in our 4 bedroom house for £650 per month including all bills due to current flatmate having to move back home. The room comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe space.

There are two bathrooms in the house which means there are no bathroom wars in the mornings.

ABOUT US

I'm a 40 year old female from New Zealand, and have a 17 month old daughter. There are currently two other flatmates, both male.

My daughter is well-behaved and pretty independent, but she is a baby, and does what baby’s do.

We are looking for a flatmate who doesn’t mind having a baby in the house. You must be tidy and willing to do your bit to keep the house that way. If you are a light sleeper, it probably wouldn’t suit you as our baby is up early.

If you are looking for somewhere relaxed, with a bunch of down to earth and friendly flatmates- then look no further!

THE AREA:

Our house is situated in Willesden Green, about a 5 minute walk from Dollis Hill tube station (Zone3) or a 10 minute walk from Willesden Green tube station (Zone 2) alternatively there are brilliant bus services running 24/7 as we live right next to the Bus Depot/Station. There are also plenty of shops in the area selling various items and some are open 24 hours, and we have a Sainsbury's within walking distance for the dreaded weekly Sunday shop!
