Spare Room In A Stylish Flat

We are a group of three young professionals who have lived in the property for two years. One of our friends is moving out in a week and we now seek a replacement.

The flat is a bargain for the rent that we are paying. The apartment is spacious, has a modern finish and is situated in an ideal location for commuters. Willesden Green tube and Kensal rise overground are both 10 minute walks from the flat. We are also lucky enough to be serviced by the no. 52 and no. 6 buses, which stop in the neighbouring street.

The vacant room accomoadates a double bed and overlooks a maintained communal garden. The flat has 1 large frontroom, 1 large kitchen, 2 bathrooms (2 showers) and a shared garden. We are looking for somebody to occupy the room for approximately 3 months as we are moving out at t end of August.
