Awesome house with one person needed short term

Hi,

We've got a huge house (must see) just a short walk from Willesden Green station. It's a really nice place/area, with trendy pubs and boutique shops, next to Gladstone Park. It's on the jubilee line in Zone 2 and a 15 minute ride into town. It is considered 'up and coming', and is seeing 'a change in demographic becoming a middle class area due to its prime location and good transport links.' - according to wikipedia.

One of the flatmates, Rina, put a google map together to explain it better which is available upon request (yes, she's that organised).

The reason we're looking for a temporary flatmate is I'm moving to Dubai from October 2014 - January 2015 (possibly for longer). We have the house until November 2015, at which point we could renew or go separate ways etc.

The house is huge, has 4 double bedrooms and a spare single, dining room, kitchen and patio garden. It has 2 bathrooms (one of which is brand new as of last week) and a separate WC and a further separate WC outside (good for BBQ guests). It's been recently refurbished to a high standard and the floorboards are ace.

We have a cleaner who comes regularly, included in the price.

My room is the largest in the house, enough to be two bedrooms, with a study within it incorporated.

So who are we?

Well, I'm a barrister and pretty much work every hour that god sends. Sad but true. Rina is a social media maven and lover of all things cultural and London-like, she's a star when it comes to finding cool things to do. Leo is a chilled out graphic designer. Katie is a personal trainer and runs her own theatre company at the same time. And Ben is a mild-mannered IT guru who makes a mean English breakfast! Ideally we're looking for someone who can share our creative passions and join in with the odd random antics. The house isn't a party house, more a creative HQ...but we do have regular dinner gatherings and brunches, movie nights etc...
