We are 2 friendly and easygoing housemates, looking for 2 like-minded persons to move into our house in Willesden Green.
The house is located on a secluded, private close over the road from Gladstone Park, and it has plenty of free, off road parking. We have no street noise, really great neighbours, and large front and back garden spaces perfect for enjoying bbqs and drinks throughout the summer. The property is about 7 years old and is quite modern/stylish, with a large open plan living/kitchen and dining area equipped with all mod-cons - washing machine, dish washer and broadband etc...
The first room, which is available from the 21st August, is a fairly large downstairs double overlooking the front garden, with french doors opening out on to it. It shares a bathroom with just two other people, and comes furnished with a bed and a wardrobe.
The second room, available from the 30th August, is a cosier (but still a double) upstairs bedroom overlooking the rear garden. Again, it shares the bathroom with just two other people, and furnished with a bed and a wardrobe.
The other housemates are
Jeremy (28) working in video production
Sarah (25) who is actually moving out on the 30th Aug to start a uni degree (her room will be available from this date fyi)
Between us we’ve been living in the house/on the close for a good while now, and have great friendships with our neighbours on both sides, as well as with each other. We're looking for someone who will fit into that dynamic; someone who is easygoing, sociable, active, clean and tidy (and respectful), and someone who probably enjoys having a few drinks at the weekend!

We have good proximity to all the The transport links are also very good, with just a 10 minute walk to Willesden Green tube station (Zone 2/3, Jubilee Line), 15 min walk to Cricklewood national rail station (12 mins to St Pancras), and the 226 bus leaving from the end of our driveway towards Golders Green, Brent Gross and Archway.

Agency fee: £150+VAT (1 off payment fyi)
Rent: £555/480 pcm
Bills: £110 paid monthly into shared account (though we do take reimbursements from time to time as this tends to build a surplus)
