We have a have a large double room available in our six-year-old four-bed house. We are on a private drive with plenty of parking, a front and back garden (complete with gardener) and plenty of fun-loving neighbours.
We are two guys and a girl - Kate, who works in social care recruitment and likes trashy TV and wine, Jeppe, who loves all things Denmark, Made in Chelsea and cooking, and Stuart, a sports journalist who likes pretty much any sport. All of us are in our late 20's and we are looking for someone who is clean and tidy, but not obsessive; easygoing; and occasionally enjoys having a wine or two in the evening or weekends.
The house, and the road itself, is a very sociable place where there is always someone who will be up for a drink, watching a movie or having a chat. And it's big enough that you can enjoy your own personal space at the same time.
The room itself is a good size upstairs double which comes with a double bed, wardrobe which gets the sun in the evening. The house has two bathrooms, three toilets, open plan kitchen and living room. As it is a new build, the house is very modern in look and has a decent size back garden for socialising and BBQs in the summer.
Transport links are good, itâÂÂs a 10 minute walk to Willesden Green station in zone 2, serviced by the Jubilee Line, bus 226 which leaves from the end of our driveway towards Golders Green, Brent Cross, Archway and Cricklewood. Cricklewood station itself is only 15 mins walk and has direct trains to Kings Cross. We also have Gladstone Park across the road.
The boring part:
Rent = ã524 per calendar month
Bills = ã105 per calendar month
Deposit = 6 weeks rent + agency fee (ã180)
Bills include: Power, Gas, Water, High speed internet, Council Tax, TV License, Cleaner (oh yes!).
The agency will want reference checks done also but these are included in the above fee.
We hope to start viewings on Monday 5th January with the room available on 10th January at the earliest
