Fantastic small double bedroom in lush NW2

Hello folks! We’ve got a fantastic small double bedroom available in Willesden Green/Cricklewood! Here’s all the info you need to know:

The room: It’s a small double bedroom, with a double bed, hanging rail and drawers.

The house: We’ve got a semi open-plan kitchen, living room and dining room, which is really cool and homely. There’s also a loft and garage – so there’s even more storage space if you need it! Finally, there’s a bathroom and extra toilet too. We have off road parking, and the street and surrounding streets are quiet and leafy.

The housemates: We are all professionals, from age range 23 to 33. We all get along famously, and are extremely sociable. We all hang out like a family in the living area – watching films and TV, chatting, cooking and eating together, as well as dinner parties and barbecues on a nice sunny weekend.

You: So that being said, we are looking for someone who is just as sociable, friendly, down-to-earth and laid-back as we feel we are. Somebody who comes home from work and wants to chill out and have fun. You also need to be very tidy and clean please. We love our nice home, and we’d like you to feel the same.

Costs: It’s £440 for the room, plus £100 for bills, so £540 in total each month. An estate agent deals with the moving in sadly, so there will be some one-off agency costs too. It’s definitely worth it once you’ve moved in though!
