You would be sharing the apartment with Dimitri and Theodora, both studying and working. They are a very easy going and friendly.

The apartment is fully furnished, clean, with wifi and on the Ground level, providing a courtyard, comfortable living room, modern bathroom and kitchen with all appliances. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, drawers and wardrobe.

The area is quiet and residential, only a 5 min walk to Dollis Hill station and 10min walk to Willesden Green. The apartment is very well connected to central London, taking only 20 minutes to Green Park.

The rent does not include bills, they are around £40-£50 per month if you are a student.

Preferably students please because there are currently two students living at the property and if you are a full time worker you will be liable to pay council tax.
