I am looking for 1x Professional Female Housemate to occupy a spacious, fully furnished Double room.

This is a shared house (there will be 3 of us) located in a quiet, safe part of Willesden Green, about 5 min walk from Willesden Green tube station (Jubilee line) And 5minutes walk to the bus stop. It takes 20 minutes by tube to get to Bond Street Station or Oxford Circus. Willesden Green is a lovely area with all amenities, e. g. cafes, restaurants and pubs. Gladstone park is also within walking distance from the house.

You will be sharing the house with 2 really easy going professionals (1 French, 1 English) We work full time so this is not a party house. I am looking for a considerate and clean female housemate. This is an extremely clean house so it is important that who ever occupies is equally as clean.. basically cleaning up after yourself and leaving everything as you found it. General clean after you cook/shower etc. Hence the house is very tidy and I would like to keep it that way.

This is a no smoking house, however I have a cheeky VERY friendly Pomeranian (dog) he is small and fluffy and everyone falls in love with him, so you must like dogs. I stay downstairs so there is a baby gate so he does not have access to the upper house (your room and bathroom) I have my own bathroom so you will be sharing the bathroom with only 1 other female!!
