The apartment has 2 large double bedrooms with spacious fitted wardrobes, and storage space.
There is a 3rd small double bedroom available which we currently use as a study/guest room but will comfortably fit a small double, chest of draws and a storage area.

There is one modern bathroom with a shower/bath, toilet and sink

The open plan living/social area has vaulted ceilings with exposed wooden beams.
The open plan modern kitchen is situated off the living area with fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooker/hob, microwave.

The apartment comes fully furnished with TV and broadband.

The apartment and myself (landlord) are fully covered and insured under landlord/tenancy legislation.

This apartment is our home and we are looking for people to enjoy it and treat it as their home.

The flat is not available on a room by room basis.
The minimum rental period is 1 month and the deposit is usually one months rent.
