Lovely room near Willesden Green station!

Hi all,

I am renting out my lovely room in Willesden Green as I am moving out with my boyfriend.

Transport & facilities

The flat is incredible well connect with loads of buses going to central London as well as night busses in front of our door that will leave you in Oxford Circus in 20 minutes.
The closest tube station is Willesden green which is a 10 minute walk or 5 minutes on a bus (you can also go to Kilburn as it is just 4 stops in the bus). Cricklewood train station is 4 minutes’ walk and you can easily get to the Kings Cross within 15 minutes. There are also 24 hours trains to Luton & Gatwick airport which are pretty handy! There are a lot of shops around (there is a Tesco just in front of the flat and a Co-op around the corner). Gladstone park is a 10 minutes’ walk with outdoor gym and tennis court in case you are into sports.

The flat & room

The flat is considerably modern and was recently refurbished. There is a hall way with plenty of space, an eat-in kitchen with everything you need (washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, hub & oven) and a lovely living room with a dining table. There is a bathroom and a separated toilet.
The room is cosy and spacious. Opposite side of the bed there is a chest of drawers, wardrobe and a chair. There is also a big window which makes the room really bright with natural light.

The flatmates

You will be leaving with two lovely British girls. The girls are definitely easy to live with. We all have our own lives but like to hang out together sometimes in the living room so they are looking for someone that is about the same! They always clean after themselves but are not paranoid as well if leave stuff in the sink for a day! They recently graduated in textile design (fancy!) and started to work now.

The moving date is the 11th August but can be negotiable.

Bills are not included but they work out 45 pounds per month max!

Please note if you are a student you will need a guarantor. If you are a professional you will be a proof of employment!
