Bright dble room close to Willesden Green station

We have a double room available in our top floor three bedroom flat. We're two Kiwis and a Geordie (late 20s-early 30s) and are looking for a laidback single or couple to replace our lovely flatmates leaving mid-Dec.

The room has loads of light and big wardrobes with lots of storage. It comes furnished with a bed, bookshelf and small tv/coffee table. The bathroom is shared with one other and there's also another separate toilet. We have a large lounge with Sky TV, we also have broadband, a dryer, most mod cons. There's a shared backyard too, which is good for the odd BBQ in summer!

We're in a good location with great transport links - 5mins walk to Willesden Green tube (Jubilee Line, around 25mins to Bond St/Oxford Circus from the flat), 12-15min walk to Brondesbury Park overground and the 98 bus stop (Willesden Bus Garage to Holborn) is just a few steps away. There's a Nuffield gym just around the corner and Sainsbury's is a 5min walk. We also have plenty of private parking.
