You will be living with myself, an English girl that is a PA in fashion publishing and a delightful Spanish girl that works in advertising.
We will happily live with a couple but would ask for ã880 for the room.

Bills are usually around ã60 a month:
Council tax: monthly
Internet: £15 a month
Gas/ electricity: quarterly
Water: Biannually
Deposit is paid straight to the previous tenant. There is also a ã200 fee with Foxtons. References needed.
