Double Room To Rent In Big 3 Bed House

Bored of paying a million pounds to live in a shoe box?

Bored of living with awkward weirdos?

Bored of having no nice garden and no storage space?

Well look no further my young JEDI

we have 1 double room to rent, for £700 per month, including bills including all bills. There are 2 separate bathrooms.

It is in a big 3 bedroom house, lots of space. All recently refurbished,

its a nice bedroom, super smooth shiny wood floor, new double bed

its in a big 3 bed house near dollis hill tube station. there are 3 of us there at the moment - I'm a doctor, i work in hospital, and my girlfriend lives with me. the other housemate is a really chilled out australian paramedic guy who Is also a demon cook / BBQ guru

we all have normal humour, laugh at bad jokes, and dont take things too seriously

i'm a keen rock climber, kayaker and mountain biker, but spend all my time in the hospital working !

the house has 3 double bedrooms, upstairs there are 2 bathrooms - one has loo/bath/shower/sink, the other one has a double shower cubicle and sink.

Then downstairs there is a loo with sink, a utility room with big metal sink/washing machine/boiler/place to put dirty kit and laundry.

the kitchen has 6ft tall fridge and normal kitchen stuff,

There is one giant sitting room - this used to be 2 rooms so we knocked the wall down and put in a big steel beam - this has sofa and armchair etc and is nice a spacious. Also has a real vintage Bonzini French table football

There is a big back garden with loads of space for barbeques, hanging up washing, sitting in the sun etc, with a big apple tree.

There is a front garden with a secure locking point for motorbikes, and plenty space in house and back garden for bicycles.

The house has a really giant attic with a strong floor you can walk safely on, and loads of storage space for contraband / hostages / my climbing kit and a downhill mountain bike

easy to get in to london on jubilee line or bakerloo line and overground, easy to drive away because N circular is near and so is M40. Nearest tube is Dollis Hill, Jubillee line.

the house has been totally refurbed - it took us 2 years. it has new foundations, new roof, new wood joists under the ground floor, new pine floors in all rooms, all shiny and varnished, the walls and attic are insulated for heat and sound, and there is a badass huge 6 feet tall boiler so 2 showers and a sink can run at the same time and they dont go cold. basically all done up to my Dad's standards (My Dad is a very careful engineer who likes things done Old-school, and properly built and strong). It is super warm in the winter, because it is all insulated properly.
