Light, spacious double room in second floor flat

The room: a large double (think; possible to have a separate living area with sofa as well as a double bed), with gigantic windows and a lovely fireplace. Note that the furniture situation is variable - if you want it unfurnished then we can accommodate that, or we have a wide variety of furniture which you can choose to have in the room or not.

The flat: a top-floor three-bed, with a galley kitchen, good-sized dining room/living room, with two bathrooms and lots of storage space.

The flatmates: wonderful people, and frankly if I could take them with me, or stay with them then I would. (I'm moving because I've bought a house, not because of anything sinister!)

Waiyee is a fashion designer (she knows jeans like no-one else) with a passion for travel. Most likely to be found saying "well it's only been a fortnight since my last holiday....so I'm off snowboarding!"

Jason is a software designer, but really ought to be a chef; what he cooks is just out of this world. Most likely to be overheard saying "Wine? Well I probably shouldn't...oh well, go on then!"

You: clean, sane and quiet is always a good place to start. Optional extras: wine drinker, food appreciator, able to have conversations, willing to be quiet sometimes, up for some communal party hosting once in a while, sensible, fun, easy-going. Definite no-nos: smoker, stomper, crier, door-slammer, monosyllabic hermit, 24/7 party animal, criminal, drum set owner (unless they're purely decorative that is...) Basically, be normal and pleasant and we'll go from there.
