I am sadly moving out of my lovely room in Willesden Green to return to Australia.
THE ROOM
A large space for such cheap rent! Its got a double bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room has heaps of natural light and stays warm in winter.
THE HOUSE
Really comfortable bottom flat with a huge living room with couches, tv and dining table! Spacious bathroom with shower/bath. The kitchen is small but well equipped with a brand new fridge and exhaust fan!
THE HOUSEMATES
The best people ever! A few different nationalities in our house. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and enjoy having an occasional housemate dinner or drinks! There is also a pet cat in the house that enjoys a cuddle if you like!
THE AREA
The house is a 2 minute walk from Willesden Green station on the Jubilee Line (zone 2). It also has lots of bus stops close including a night bus. There is a Sainsbury's Local opposite the station, and a HUGE Sainsbury's about a 5 minute walk away to do a big shop. Theres also heaps of restaurants and takeaway shops on the High Rd. Really nice quiet and safe area not far from the city.
THE RENT AND BILLS
The room is £400p/m. I have not found cheaper rent anywhere so close to the city! Bills aren't included but would be about £30-50 extra a month depending.
