Single bedroom available in lovely newly refurbished, clean and fully furnished flat.

The flat is a 3 bedroom flat: 2 doubles and 1 single + one large open plan living room and 1 bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped; the living room is very cozy, with a sofa and a flat screen tv.

5 min walking distance to Dollis Hill tube station (Jubilee Line, only 20 mins to central London, Bond Street) and 2 min walk to numerous bus stops. Corner shops, bank, small and big Sainsburys are all within walking distance.

All bills are included in the weekly rent price. The price is 120 pw + 3 weeks deposit.

A bit about the current tenants: we are all friendly and nice. We all work and are pretty busy, but we manage to catch up in the evenings sometimes, when we cook or just hang out in the living room.
We keep the flat pretty clean and generally, it feels like a very cozy home.
