Ensuite double room in Willesden (NW2)

We have a double room in a lovely, friendly flat to rent from the 1st of November.

The room (en-suite) is one of the five in a refurbished big Victorian house flat, with plenty of living space and a big private garden just for us!

It comes with the following furniture:
*1 double bed
*1 built in wardrobe
*1 chest of drawers
* 3 windows (bow windows)

The house is in very good condition, with a huge garden that includes a BBQ and some garden furniture (table, chairs, etc.).

The rest of the house:
It's an open plan kitchen with a lounge area, fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, gas oven, microwave, tumble dryer etc.), the lounge area has a sofa, armchair, TV and a table, and it overlooks the garden.

The other flatmates:
We are all professionals in our early 30s, from various countries mostly Mediterranean :) (Italian, Greek, Romanian) we are all friendly and get along really well.

We all work Mon-Fri on normal business hours. We are into sports, we often go out on weekends and while we enjoy socialising in the common areas we also respect each other's privacy, but we love sharing a glass of wine or having a nice chat after a hard week. We all pitch in to take care of the usual: emptying bins, dishwasher, etc.

We are looking for a social, clean, tidy, easygoing and responsible professional, who needs a nice and cosy environment and not just for a place to sleep and eat.

Rent dose not includes bills. The usual bills are split between all tennants; Internet, electricity, gas, water, council tax, tv license (yearly) garden waste(yearly) and cleaner (cleaner for shared areas only, once a week).
The rent is £720

No agency, 1 month rent in advance and one month deposit (refundable)
6 months minimum stay.

The flat is a short commute to central London. It's a 6 minutes walk to Willesden Green tube station, that's on the jubilee line. It's a 2 and 5 minutes walk to several buses and night buses to Central London within 30 minutes. Kilburn tube station is also 10 minutes away.

We will try to all be present during the viewing as we think it's important to get to know each other, so tell us your availability and we will do our best!
